“The First Woman” is a solo piece about Victoria Woodhull who ran for President in 1872, the first woman in the U.S. to do so. She was also the first woman to address the U.S. Congress, and ran the first woman-owned brokerage firm on Wall Street. “The First Woman,” was presented at the Solo Fest in Albuquerque in 2010, and made into a two-person radio drama on KUNM Radio Theater in 2010 and 2011.
